Warranty and Crash Replacement

3 YEAR WARRANTY

We thank you for your purchase and trust you will enjoy the QuantumMech wheels thoroughly. This warranty covers you as a first owner.

From reciept of your wheels, all QuantumMech wheels are covered with a 3 year warranty on all parts of the wheelset. This warranty covers against build defects and materials.

WHAT IS NOT APPLICABLE:

- Parts subjected to wear and tear, such as bearings, rim brake track delamination and any parts that will wear through normal use.

- Where the product is not properly installed, maintained or adjusted.

- Where unauthorised modifications are made to the product. Except those that are done through authorised QuantumMech entities.

- Where the product is subjected to improper use, abuse or damage sustained by a crash.

- Where the product was destroyed due to improper maintenance by unqualified mechanics.

CRASH REPLACEMENTS AT 40% DISCOUNT:

Crash Replacements is applicable for first and subsequent owners and also for the lifetime of the wheelset.

As a result of crash or incident that leads to the wheel being beyond repair, we offer a 40% discount from the RRP for replacement.

The Crash Replacement does not cover cosmetic damage that does not affect the normal performance and operation of the product. This includes normal wear and tear.
